黃樹(shù)全,男,云南曲靖人,中共黨員,博士,講師,碩士生導(dǎo)師,昆明理工大學(xué)高層次引進(jìn)人才。至今共發(fā)表SCI論文38余篇,其中第一作者論文13篇(包含中科院一區(qū)論文9篇,ESI高被引論文2篇)
